The Advent season is always of great importance at MOM Park, where the focus is on creating a festive atmosphere and offering as much as possible, moreover on cooperation, assistance and charity. In 2022, our visitors supported our initiative with nearly one and a half million forints.
In keeping with our traditions, we held our charity photo shoot last Christmas, which is not only a great experience and a fantastic memory for all members of the family, but also an initiative that year after year provides a huge help to a charity in the area. The money raised from the pictures, postcards and calendars taken by our professional photographer is always donated to one of these charities.
Almost four hundred families participated, and more than a thousand of them captured the intimate, happy and festive moments of Christmas preparations in the interior built for the occasion. In addition to the uplifting atmosphere, scents also played a big role, as perfumer Zsolt Zólyomi prepared a unique aroma for this year’s event. The will to do something and the willingness to help paid off: the 1 400 000 HUF raised was donated to the Pető Institute.
The aim of the organisation, which is unique in the world, is to educate children with central nervous system disorders to lead independent lives by teaching and applying the famous Hungarian conductive pedagogical system and by preserving the intellectual heritage of András Pető.
