In the last month of the season, light dishes still dominate the menus, but spicier ones also ask for a place at the table. But what should we eat as an appetizer or main course, and what should we sip on the side? We sampled the summer offerings of MOM Park's restaurants.
A visit to an eatery in August has its charm, since at this time we can still comfortably enjoy delicious snacks and great company on the terrace. With whomever and on whatever occasion we visit the restaurants of MOM Park, we can be sure that we will have a real gastronomic adventure.
Starter
Stylish delay is always acceptable; however, those who arrive early can easily get hungry while waiting for the others, so it is worth taking care of snacks. Localino's succulent beef tartare, for example, can be a great starter with toasted baguette and truffle oil, but Pan'ni's sandwich is also a perfect solution until all the guests show up.
Main course
What about a light lunch? A summer goat cheese salad from Zing Burger? Or do you prefer Vapiano's Mediterranean pasta dishes? Tempted by Wasabi's sushi selection? There is no shortage of delicious, filling, yet stomach-friendly delicacies in MOM Park's restaurants, whether it is a quick lunch during work break or a romantic dinner.
On the other hand, if you would like something more substantial, it might be worth looking at Foodstock's menu. In addition to delicious, crispy-crusted roast meats and fresh salads, you could also find deservedly popular sous-vide meats here. Spíler Buda's terrace is also open to you: tacos, hamburgers, and street food elevated to an artistic level—that is what awaits you here. Paulaner Sörház is prepared with such eternal classics as chicken breast wrapped in bacon with rosemary potatoes and fresh garden salad, but those who are more adventurous can also nod to the New Zealand lamb ribs and the T-bone steak aged for 21 days.
Drinks
If the mood is a bit more relaxed, the cork will also pop out of the bottle of quality wine. As a spritz with soda, or rather, clearly, who likes it how. Aperol Spritz, gin-tonic, or Boston Rum Punch for the ladies; Bavarian beer for the gentlemen; soda for the drivers; the latter should be taken off the shelves of Anita Delicate.
Visit MOM Park, get inspired by the summer offer of our restaurants, and enjoy the flavours of the season either at home or in our shopping centre!
