Böjt Egri Csillag 2023
This wine comes from organically cultivated vineyards and is a harmonious blend of olaszrizling, leányka, muscat, riesling, and sauvignon blanc grape varieties. Its aroma is filled with floral notes, while its flavor combines crystal clarity and lightness with mineral tones, lime, citrus, flowers, and grapefruit, complemented by a touch of residual sugar.
Villa Tolnay Tenger 2023
A "birtokbor" selected from the winery’s finest barrels. Hand-harvested chardonnay from sandy patches on brown forest soil, blended with riesling, olaszrizling, and grüner veltliner in perfect balance. The aroma carries white flowers, peach, and pear, while the taste is pleasantly salty-mineral, with subtle woody flavors complementing the wine.
Weninger Régi Iskola Cabernet 2021
From the last cabernet sauvignon parcel harvested in 2021, this wine is made with the "old school" approach, emphasizing the natural character of the grape. Biodynamically grown, de-stemmed grapes were fermented spontaneously with minimal intervention, followed by long maceration and nearly a year of aging in the winery’s decade-old large barrels. No filtering or fining, bottled with minimal sulfur. Deep aromas of green herbs, black cherry, menthol, and poppy seed, with a finely rustic, dry finish that recalls great classics.
Etyeki Kúria Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc Brut
"We harvested the sauvignon blanc grapes at full ripeness and fermented the must in a pressure-resistant tank. The sparkling wine was aged on fine lees for five more months before bottling," says head winemaker Sándor Mérész. The result is an elegant brut sparkling wine containing 9 grams of natural residual sugar. Refreshing bubbles, delicate sauvignon blanc notes, a round palate, and a long-lasting finish of the grape’s flavors.
