BOCCA’s Specialties at the Budapest Wine Festival

From September 9–12, you can sample BOCCA’s select gourmet offerings at the 35th Budapest Wine Festival: pata negra ham, premium canned fish, steaks, desserts, and premium champagnes.

Four days when gastronomy takes center stage alongside the wines. BOCCA is returning to the Budapest Wine Festival this year with a special selection, where you can sample several items from the diverse offerings of its MOM Park store—many of which you’ll later find in the deli as well.

One of the festival’s highlights is the pata negra ham, which is sliced on-site using traditional Spanish methods. It can be sampled in this form exclusively at the event, while supplies last; however, it is also available at the BOCCA store in a pre-sliced, gift-wrapped version.

The selection also includes premium sardines, scallops, and yellowfin tuna from select canned fish producers, while BOCCA Meat Stories will be grilling its most popular steaks on-site. A special dessert premiere is also in the works: a creation by the chef of a four-Michelin-star Spanish restaurant will be unveiled here and will be available at the BOCCA Gourmet Stories store in MOM Park after the festival.

Of course, no wine festival would be complete without champagne: the Delamotte Champagne House’s special selections will include magnum bottles. And on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.—if there are enough attendees—they’ll even open a true rarity: a 2015 Salon champagne.

Taste BOCCA’s specialties September 9–12 at the Budapest Wine Festival, then discover the full gourmet selection at the store located on Level -1 of MOM Park.
