Bagatelle’s own bakery, Brótpékség, is proud to make every single piece of bread and pastry in the traditional way, using only premium, natural ingredients, without artificial additives, molded with patience, care and love. No additives, chemicals, dyes or preservatives are used, the breads are fermented for 18-20 hours. They use 100% and blended forms of high quality wheat, spelled, rye and wholemeal flours.
The à table! a place where you can feel as if you have just popped up in France for a few bites. The bakery’s oven-baked sourdough bread is baked from Normandy flour in the traditional way, and in the morning the delicacies are made fresh from mostly French ingredients, including their emblematic croissants and classic cakes.
