Good news: We collected 850,000 HUF at our charity photography!

The end of the year is always extremely important to us. We provide the widest possible selection of products this time and also pay special attention to encouraging our visitors to take part in a charity program in our premises.

Our Christmas photo shoot is one of the most awaited events of December, year after year. No wonder! We always invite a professional photographer to help families perfectly capture special moments in a fabulous Christmas scenery and we turn it into a great community movement as well. The income from the photo shoot is traditionally donated to a local organization actively involved in the life of the XII. district. Nearly four hundred families got their Christmas photos taken during the two weeks in a visually unique, festive interior which brought the spirit of the holiday by creating an authentic atmosphere. Furthermore, visitors had the chance to experience a special Christmas fragrance, designed by Zsolt Zólyomi, the only perfumer in Hungary! The pandemic situation also required special attention, so we set up a separate store as a location. On top of maintaining impeccable hygiene, we paid special attention to the constant disinfection of the scenery. By maximizing the number of people by ten and strictly enforcing the use of masks, we sought adequate safety during the event.

Visitors could take home the family photos as beautiful postcards and calendars. This year the income, HUF 850,000 was transferred to the Living Without The Moon Foundation, to benefit children. This organization has been developing digital services to support children of families affected by the early death of one parent, for 11 years now. This multi-award winning, globally unique foundation has created a scientifically proven, unique music listening system and a special parenting method to help children process their grief. The total amount raised was handed over by Anna Szegedi, Marketing and Public Relations Director of MOM Park, to the Living Without The Moon Foundation on 12 January.

We are grateful that with the help of our visitors, we have once again proven that it is worth coming together for a good goal even in the most challenging times! We wish you a happy new year in this spirit and hope that we will support and help each other and our surrounding context many times in the year ahead!
