Prepare with nicely pedicured legs for the summer!

2020-05-15

Summer is coming soon, with skirts, sandals and swimwear, but it is all worth nothing if we have to cover our feet, so we advise preparingfor the months ahead! The next period presents us with more challenges in terms of foot care: we wear open shoes several times in the summer, so our skin produces more layers of horn, which makes it easier to create calluses on our feet. However, with proper care, we can easily prevent them from forming.

Let's start treatment with a half-hour foot bath. In the pleasantly warm water, place bath oil to relax your skin. Herbamedicus rosemary bath oil, available in dm, is the perfect choice because it not only nourishes you, but also protects your feet from dehydration and makes it difficult to develop calluses. After the foot bath, treat our feet with a skin-softening cream: Yves Rocher's regenerating foot conditioner intensely nourishes dry skin with the power of lavender and shea butter. If you already have harder surfaces on your feet, it is worth using Yves Rocher's lava pads to get rid of dead skin cells, if necessary, even with the help of a pumice stone or corner file. Finally, let's not forget the rest of our feet: use lotion. Available in Douglas stores, AHAVA Mineral Botanic Body Butter uses hibiscus and figs to make your skin perfectly soft, and AHAVA's unique Dead Sea concentrate ensures long-lasting hydration.
