The essence of the Running Sushi & Wok is that the dishes arrives to the guests’ table on a conveyor belt, from which they can choose as they like, and can consume in an unlimited amount. On the lower level of the conveyor belt are the cooled dishes: sushi, salads, desserts, fruit, and soups. On the upper, warmed level, are the Japanese, Korean and Far Eastern specialities made in the wok, appetisers, main dishes, garnishes and desserts. The dishes are prepared from the most diverse of ingredients (chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood, tofu, vegetables, pasta), so that everyone can find their favourites that are closest to their own taste, whether they are meat-lovers or vegetarian.
